After approximately 25 kilometers, you will arrive in Franz Josef township. The Helicopter Line is located on Main South Road SH6, marked clearly with signage. Look for the building with a large sign indicating The Helicopter Line. Parking is available on-site.

Once you arrive in Franz Josef, disembark at the main bus stop. From there, it is a short walk (approximately 5 minutes) to The Helicopter Line, located on Main South Road SH6.
