Walking
If you are starting from the Gisborne city center, head east on Gladstone Road towards the intersection with Derby Street. Continue straight onto Grey Street, which will take you through the residential area. After about 1.5 km, turn right onto Shelley Road. Te Kuri Farm Walkway is located at 150 Shelley Road, Whataupoko. The entrance to the walkway will be on your left. The walk is approximately 2 km from the city center and should take around 25-30 minutes.

For those using public transport, board the local bus route that services the Whataupoko area. You can catch the bus from the Gisborne Transit Centre located on Reads Quay. Make sure to ask the driver for the nearest stop to Shelley Road. Once you disembark, walk south on Shelley Road, and you will reach Te Kuri Farm Walkway at 150 Shelley Road in about 10 minutes.
