From the heart of Mount Cook National Park, head towards State Highway 80 (SH80). Follow the road signs leading to Glentanner Park. The Helicopter Line is located at Glentanner Park, which is approximately a 15-minute drive (around 14 kilometers) from Mount Cook Village. Look for the entrance to Glentanner Park on your left side. Once you enter, follow the signs to the helicopter tours.

The bus stop in Mount Cook Village is typically located near the visitor center. Board the bus heading to Glentanner Park; the journey should take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Glentanner Park, look for the signage directing you to The Helicopter Line.

For those who prefer to walk, you can hike from Mount Cook Village to Glentanner Park. The trail is about 14 kilometers and may take around 3-4 hours, depending on your pace.
