Getting There

  • Walking

    Start at the Wanaka i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 103 Ardmore Street. Head south on Ardmore Street towards the lakefront until you reach the end of the street. At the lakefront, turn left onto Lakeside Road and continue walking along the lake. Enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach the intersection with Brownston Street. Cross Brownston Street and continue straight onto a path leading into the park area. Laurie Cleugh Park will be on your left after a short walk.

    If you have a bike, start at the Wanaka i-SITE Visitor Centre at 103 Ardmore Street. Head south on Ardmore Street towards the lakefront. Once you reach the lake, turn left onto Lakeside Road. Continue biking along the lakeside path for about 1.5 km. When you reach the intersection with Brownston Street, cross over and continue straight onto the path that leads into Laurie Cleugh Park. The park entrance will be on your left after a short ride.
