From Wellington Central, head to the Wellington Bus Terminal located on 81-83 Victoria St. Purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Paraparaumu. Buses like the 'Kāpiti Line' or 'Kāpiti Coast' will take you there. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Paraparaumu Bus Station, exit the terminal and head towards the main road, Kāpiti Road.

Once you are at Kāpiti Road, turn right and walk along Kāpiti Road until you reach the intersection with Rimu Road. Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and continue straight onto Rimu Road. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Birmingham Street.
