Public Transit (Bus)
If you are in downtown Greensboro, start by heading to the Greensboro Transit Authority (GTA) bus station located at 236 E Washington St. From there, take the #1 bus route towards 'East Market Street.' Once you board, stay on the bus for about 15 minutes. You will need to get off at the stop named 'Bluford St at E. Lee St.' After exiting the bus, walk east on East Lee Street for about 0.3 miles until you reach Bluford Street. Turn left onto Bluford Street, and you will see Deese Clock Tower at 1502 Bluford St on your right.
Walking
If you are near the Greensboro Science Center, start walking south on S. Eugene St toward E. Gate City Blvd. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach E. Gate City Blvd. Turn right and walk west for about 0.3 miles until you reach Bluford St. Turn left onto Bluford St and continue walking for about 0.2 miles. Deese Clock Tower will be on your left at 1502 Bluford St.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can start from the Greensboro College area. Head west on W. Friendly Ave and continue for about 1.5 miles. Then turn right onto S. Elm St and cycle for about 0.8 miles until you reach E. Gate City Blvd. Turn left and bike for another 0.5 miles until you reach Bluford St. Turn right on Bluford St and cycle for about 0.3 miles to reach Deese Clock Tower at 1502 Bluford St on your right.
