If you are at the Devils Lake City Park, start at the park entrance on 1st St NE. Head east on 1st St NE toward the intersection with Washington Ave. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 2nd St NE. Turn left onto 2nd St NE and walk north until you reach the intersection with Main Ave. Turn right onto Main Ave and continue walking until you reach the intersection with 8th St NE. Here, you can catch local public transportation or continue walking straight to the center of Devils Lake.

From the downtown area of Devils Lake, start at the intersection of Main Ave and 3rd St NE. Head north on 3rd St NE until you reach the intersection with 1st St NE. Turn left onto 1st St NE and continue until you reach the intersection with Washington Ave. Turn right onto Washington Ave, which will eventually lead you to the outskirts of Devils Lake. Follow the bike trails that connect to the nearby routes leading towards Devil's Lake State Park.

Look for the nearest bus stop and check the schedule for the bus heading towards the outskirts of Devils Lake.
