If you're starting from downtown Cincinnati, head to the Government Square transit hub. Take the Metro bus #1 (Oakley) heading towards Oakley. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop at the intersection of Elsinore Ave and Mt. Adams. From there, walk up Elsinore Ave. The Elsinore Arch will be on your left at 1292-1298 Elsinore Ave.
