If you are driving from Eastern Oklahoma, start by getting on I-44 N from your location. Depending on where you start, you may need to take local roads to reach I-44. Once on I-44 N, continue for about 70 miles until you reach the exit for I-40 W toward Amarillo. Merge onto I-40 W and continue for approximately 5 miles. Take exit 145A toward Broadway Avenue and keep right at the fork to merge onto Broadway Ave. Continue on Broadway Ave for about 2 miles, then turn right onto Remington Place. The Oklahoma City Zoo will be on your left at 2000 Remington Pl, Oklahoma City, OK 73111. Parking is available on-site, and there may be a parking fee, so be prepared for that.

You will typically need to transfer buses, so check the EMBARK website for the latest routes. Once you reach the downtown area, you can take Bus Route 22, which offers direct service to the zoo. Make sure to have exact change or a bus pass ready, as there may be a fare of $1.75 for a single ride. The bus will drop you off near the zoo entrance at 2000 Remington Pl, Oklahoma City, OK 73111.
