Car
From La Grande, Oregon, head east on I-84 E. Take exit 265 for OR-203 toward La Grande. Continue on OR-203 for approximately 7 miles until you reach the junction with FSR 1843. Turn right onto FSR 1843 and follow the road for about 2.03 miles, where you will find Blue Mountain Interpretive Park on the left. Be aware that the road is gravel, so drive cautiously. There is no entrance fee to the park.

There are limited public transportation options in this area. You can take a bus from La Grande to the nearest stop on OR-203, which is about 7 miles from the park.
