From Klamath Falls, take US-97 N towards Bend. Continue on US-97 N for about 68 miles until you reach the town of Bend. Once in Bend, take the exit for US-20 E/I-5 N towards the Sisters. After about 12 miles, you will turn right onto Cottonwood Rd. Follow Cottonwood Rd for approximately 5 miles. The Lava River Cave will be on your left. There is an entry fee of $3 per person to rent flashlights, which is highly recommended for exploring the cave.
