Drive towards Skardu and continue on the main road for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction for the Mansehra - Naran - Jalkhad - Chilas Road (also known as N-15). At the junction, turn right onto N-15. Follow this road for about 60 kilometers until you see signs for Lulusar-Dudipatsar National Park. The park entrance is located at coordinates 32M4+GJC. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for mountainous terrain, as the road can be rough in places.
