Continue for about 70 km until you reach Diskit, where you can stop for refreshments. From Diskit, head towards the north for about 30 km until you reach the village of Hunder. Here, you will find local guides who can assist you with trekking arrangements to K12. The drive from Leh to Hunder will take approximately 4-5 hours, depending on road conditions.

For public transportation, take a bus from Leh to Diskit. Buses operate daily and the fare is around 400-500 PKR. The journey takes about 6 hours.
