    From Great Valley, head southeast on PA-29 S toward King of Prussia. Merge onto I-76 E toward Philadelphia. Continue on I-76 E for about 20 miles. Take exit 349 toward US-30 E/Market St. Merge onto US-30 E and continue for about 1 mile. Turn left onto S Christopher Columbus Blvd. The Independence Seaport Museum will be on your right at 211 S Christopher Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19106.

    Public Transportation

    From Great Valley, take the SEPTA train from the Great Valley station to the Paoli station. At Paoli station, transfer to the SEPTA Regional Rail Line to Philadelphia. Get off at the 69th Street Terminal and catch the Market-Frankford Line toward Frankford. Get off at the 69th Street Terminal and transfer to the bus route 44 or 48 toward Center City. Disembark at S Christopher Columbus Blvd. Walk south on S Christopher Columbus Blvd for about 5 minutes. The Independence Seaport Museum will be at 211 S Christopher Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
