If you are in the Old City area, start at 2nd Street and Market Street. Head west on Market Street for about 5 blocks until you reach 7th Street. The Declaration House is located at 700 Market St, which will be on your left. The walk should take about 10-15 minutes.

Public Transit (Bus)
You can take the SEPTA bus route 17 from the nearest stop to your location. Board the bus heading towards 69th Street Terminal. Get off at the stop at 8th and Market. From there, walk a block back west along Market Street towards 7th Street. The Declaration House will be at 700 Market St, just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you are near a subway station, you can take the Market-Frankford Line (Blue Line) to the 8th Street station. Once you exit the station, walk east on Market Street for about 2 blocks. The Declaration House is located at 700 Market St, on your left.
