Getting There

• Car

  To reach Washington's Headquarters from anywhere in the Upper Delaware Valley by car, you will need to navigate to King of Prussia, PA. Start by heading to Route 6 or Route 97 to connect to the main highways. If you are coming from the northern part of the valley, take I-84 W towards Pennsylvania, then merge onto I-380 S, and eventually connect to I-76 E (the Schuylkill Expressway). Follow I-76 E and take exit 328A for US-202 S towards King of Prussia. Continue on US-202 S, and take exit 16 for N Outer Line Drive. Follow N Outer Line Drive, and you will find Washington's Headquarters at 1400 N Outer Line Dr, King of Prussia, PA 19406. Parking is available on-site, but there may be a fee depending on the time of your visit.

  If you prefer public transportation, your journey will start with taking a bus to the nearest train station. From various points in Upper Delaware Valley, you can catch a local bus to the nearest NJ Transit or SEPTA station. For example, take the bus to the nearest station that connects to the regional rail service. Once you reach the regional rail station, board a train heading towards the Trenton or Philadelphia area, and get off at the King of Prussia station. After disembarking, you may need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Washington's Headquarters at 1400 N Outer Line Dr, as it is approximately 2 miles from the station.
