    From Cusco, head southeast on Av. Jorge Chaves towards Av. de la Cultura. Continue on Route 3S towards the town of Pitumarca. The drive will take approximately 2 to 3 hours, covering about 100 kilometers. Once in Pitumarca, follow signs to the Vinicunca trailhead, which is about 30 minutes further.
