Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Plaza de Armas (the main square), head northeast on Avenida El Sol. Continue straight for approximately 5 blocks until you reach the intersection with Calle Santa Teresa. Turn left onto Calle Santa Teresa and follow it until you reach the Plaza San Blas. The plaza will be on your right, marked by a charming church at the end of the street.

    If you are near San Pedro Market, exit the market and head southwest on Avenida Ferrocarril. Continue until you reach the intersection with Calle Maruri, then turn right. Follow Calle Maruri uphill until you reach the intersection with Calle San Blas. Turn left onto Calle San Blas and walk straight until you enter the plaza, which will be on your right.

    From the Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun), exit the site and head northeast on Avenida El Sol. After about 3 blocks, turn right onto Calle San Agustin. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle San Blas. Turn left onto Calle San Blas, and you will find the plaza ahead on your left.

    If you are at the Cusco Cathedral, exit the cathedral and walk towards the Plaza de Armas. From there, follow the directions provided above to reach Plaza de San Blas. This is about a 15-minute walk and will take you through some of the vibrant streets of Cusco.
