From the bridge, head northeast towards Avenida Pedro de Osma. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Almirante Grau. Turn right onto Avenida Almirante Grau and walk for about 5 minutes until you see the Biblioteca Municipal de Barranco on your left. The Plaza de Armas de Barranco is directly in front of the library.
