If you're in the town of Basco, start by heading towards the Basco Airport. Once you reach the airport area, look for the local dock where you can catch a boat to Itbayat. The journey takes about 1-2 hours, depending on sea conditions. Upon arriving at the Itbayat dock, you will need to walk towards the main road. From the dock, head south on the main road until you reach the intersection. At the intersection, turn left and continue on the road until you see signs for Torongan Cliff. The walk is approximately 3 kilometers from the dock to Torongan Cliff, and it takes around 30-45 minutes.

For more adventurous travelers, after arriving at the Itbayat dock, you can take a hike directly towards Torongan Cliff. From the dock, follow the path that leads up into the hills. This trail is less formal and will take you through beautiful landscapes. Make sure to wear good hiking shoes, and bring water. The hike will take approximately 1-1.5 hours depending on your pace. Once you reach the cliff, be prepared for a breathtaking view of the surrounding area.
