From Cascais, head to the Cascais train station, which is located in the center of town. Purchase a ticket to Lisbon. Board the train heading to Cais do Sodré station. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré, exit the station and walk towards the riverfront.

From the Cascais city center, you can take the 415 or 416 bus towards Lisbon. Get off at the 'Cais do Sodré' stop. After getting off, follow the signs to the riverside and walk in the direction of the water. Continue walking along the river until you reach Estação Sul Sueste.

If you're feeling adventurous and would like to walk, you can take a scenic route from Cascais to Lisbon. Start at the Cascais promenade along the coast, which offers beautiful views of the ocean. Walk towards Estoril and then continue towards Lisbon. This is a long walk (approximately 30 km), so make sure you have enough time and wear comfortable shoes.
