Train
From Cascais, walk to the Cascais train station, which is located near the city center. Once there, purchase a ticket to Lisbon. The journey takes about 40 minutes. When you arrive at Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon, exit the station and walk towards Rua do Arsenal. Turn left onto Rua do Arsenal and continue straight until you reach Praça do Comércio. From there, head towards the riverfront, and you can either take Tram 28 or walk up the hill towards Alfama. Follow the signs to Miradouro de Santa Luzia, which is a short walk from the tram stop.

Bus
Take the bus number 403 from Cascais to Lisbon. You can catch the bus from the main bus terminal in Cascais. The ride will take approximately an hour. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Lisbon, walk towards the nearest metro station and take the metro to Baixa-Chiado. From there, exit onto Rua Garrett and head towards the tram stop for Tram 28. Board the tram and ride it until you reach the stop for Miradouro de Santa Luzia, which is a short walk from the tram stop.

If you prefer to walk and enjoy the scenic views, start from the Cascais marina and follow the coastal path towards Lisbon. This route will take you through beautiful landscapes and will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you reach Lisbon, navigate towards the Alfama district. Look for signs directing you to Miradouro de Santa Luzia, which is located near the top of the hill and offers stunning views over the city.
