If you are in the city center of Coimbra, start at the Praça da República. Head south on Rua da Sofia, passing the University of Coimbra on your left. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua de Pedro Teixeira. Turn left onto Rua de Pedro Teixeira and walk until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn right onto Avenida Emídio Navarro. Continue walking straight until you see the signs for R. Santa Teresa. Turn left onto R. Santa Teresa, and you will find the Carmel of Saint Teresa at number 16 on your right.

From the Coimbra-B train station, take the bus line 103 towards Vale das Flores. Get off at the stop called 'Praça da República'. From there, walk south on Rua da Sofia, passing the University of Coimbra on your left. Continue straight until the intersection with Rua de Pedro Teixeira. Turn left onto Rua de Pedro Teixeira, then right onto Avenida Emídio Navarro. Walk straight until you see signs for R. Santa Teresa. Turn left onto R. Santa Teresa, and the Carmel of Saint Teresa will be at number 16 on your right.
