Exit onto Avenida da Liberdade, then continue onto Praça Marquês de Pombal. From there, take the second exit onto Avenida da República. Stay on this road until it merges into Rua do Arco do Cego. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Praça Afonso de Albuquerque. The Garden of Afonso de Albuquerque will be on your right.
