Walking
From the Guimarães train station, exit the station and turn left onto Avenida Dom Afonso Henriques. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the historic city center. Once you arrive at the Praça da Oliveira, turn right onto Rua de São Domingos. Follow this street until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rua de Santo António. Continue straight, and after a few blocks, you will arrive at Praça Trindade, where the Igreja da Santíssima Trindade is located.

From the Guimarães train station, head to the bus terminal located just outside. Take bus number 10 towards Porto and get off at the Trindade stop in Porto. From there, walk a short distance to Praça Trindade by heading southwest on Rua da Alegria until you reach the square. The Igreja da Santíssima Trindade will be on your right.
