From central Lisbon, head to the nearest metro station, either Cais do Sodré or Baixa-Chiado. Take the Green Line (Linha Verde) towards Cais do Sodré and get off at the last stop. Once at Cais do Sodré, exit the metro and walk to the bus terminal located adjacent to the station. Look for bus number 153, which goes directly to Costa da Caparica. You will enjoy a scenic ride, and after approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Praia da Saúde' stop. From the bus stop, it is just a short walk to the beach.

Ferry and Bus
Make your way to the Cais do Sodré ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Cacilhas, which takes about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Cacilhas, exit the ferry terminal and head to the bus stop right outside. Board bus number 124 or 135, which will take you to Costa da Caparica. After about 20 minutes, get off at the 'Praia da Saúde' stop. You will see the beach just a short walk away.
