Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the train station (Comboios). Take the train towards 'Cascais' and get off at the 'Praia de Carcavelos' stop. From there, you can catch a local bus (bus number 100) heading to Costa da Caparica. Get off at the 'Av. Gen. Humberto Delgado' stop, and you will be just a short walk from Praia do Tarquínio-Paraíso.

Start your journey at the Praça do Comércio, a central location in Lisbon. From there, take bus number 161 towards 'Praia da Costa da Caparica'. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach the terminal in Costa da Caparica, walk along the main avenue (Av. Gen. Humberto Delgado) for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Praia do Tarquínio-Paraíso.

Begin your journey at the Praça do Comércio and take Tram 15E towards 'Algés'. Alight at the 'Cais do Sodré' stop. Walk to the nearby train station and take the train towards 'Cascais'.
