From the center of Porto, head to the São Bento Metro Station. Take the Metro Line A (Blue Line) towards Senhor de Matosinhos. You will need to change at the Bolhão Station to Line B (Red Line) towards Estádio do Dragão. After 6 stops, get off at the Póvoa de Varzim station. From there, you can take a local bus (Linha 1) which will take you directly to Vila do Conde. Get off at the stop 'Cais da Alfândega' which is very close to your destination.

From Porto city center, head to the Campo 24 de Agosto bus terminal. Board the bus number 300 towards Vila do Conde. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Get off at the 'Cais da Alfândega' stop, which is a short walk from the Alfândega Régia de Vila do Conde.

Go to the São Bento Train Station in Porto. Purchase a ticket for a train to Vila do Conde, which runs frequently. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Vila do Conde station, exit and walk towards Rua Cais da Alfândega, which will take around 15 minutes.

If you are already in Vila do Conde, you can easily reach the Alfândega Régia by walking. Start from the town center, head towards the riverfront. Follow the Rua da Liberdade towards the Cais da Alfândega. After about a 10-minute walk, you will see the Alfândega Régia on your right side.
