Metro
If you are near the Trindade metro station, take Line D (Yellow Line) towards Santo Ovidio. Get off at the 'Casa da Música' station. From there, you will need to walk approximately 15 minutes. Exit the station and head south on Rua de Alvares Cabral until you reach Avenida da Boavista. Turn left and walk until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Rua da Alegria and continue straight until you reach the Cais das Pedras.

Look for the bus stop nearby and catch either bus 500 or 902. Both buses will take you close to the Cais das Pedras area. Alight at the 'Cais das Pedras' stop. After getting off, walk a short distance towards the waterfront, and you will find the Parish Church of Massarelos located at Cais das Pedras 40.

If you are already in the Ribeira district, simply walk along the Douro River towards the east. The walk is scenic and takes about 20 minutes. As you walk along the river, keep an eye out for the Cais das Pedras street sign. Once you reach Cais das Pedras, the Parish Church will be located at number 40, right by the riverside.

Take the historic Tram 1 from the city center towards the 'Infante' stop. Alight at the 'Infante' stop, then head east along the riverfront for about 10 minutes. You will reach the Cais das Pedras area. The Parish Church of Massarelos is located at Cais das Pedras 40, just a short walk from the river.
