If you are in the historic center of Guimarães, head towards the Praça de Santiago. From there, walk southwest on R. de Santiago until you reach R. de São Domingos. Turn left onto R. de São Domingos and continue straight. At the end of the street, you will reach Praça de Oliveira. From there, take R. de Santa Maria, heading towards the castle. Continue straight until you reach the main road, and then follow the signs towards the train station. Once you are near the station, look for the bus stop that has routes to Porto. Board a bus that goes to Porto and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Museu Romântico.

From Guimarães city center, find the bus station located at Avenida da República. Look for a bus that is heading towards Porto. You can ask locals or check the bus schedule at the station. Once you board, tell the driver you want to go to R. de Entre-Quintas 220, Porto. The bus ride takes about 30-40 minutes. When you arrive in Porto, get off at the nearest stop to R. de Entre-Quintas. From there, it is a short walk to your destination.

The train journey to Porto takes approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival at Porto's train station, head to the nearest bus stop and catch a bus or tram that goes towards R. de Entre-Quintas.
