    If you are in the heart of Ribeira, you are already very close to Ribeira do Porto. Simply head towards the waterfront along Cais da Ribeira street. Follow the street until you reach the address Cais da Ribeira 47, which is directly on the riverbank. Along the way, enjoy the picturesque views of the Douro River and the colorful buildings characteristic of this area.

    Public Transport

    If you're coming from a bit farther in Ribeira, you can take the metro or bus to a nearby stop and then walk. The closest metro station is São Bento. From São Bento, walk towards Cais da Ribeira, which is about a 10-minute walk. Once you exit the station, head down Rua do Ouro, take a left on Rua da Conceição, and continue straight until you reach Cais da Ribeira.

    You can also take the historic tram line that runs along the river. Board the tram at any of the stops along the riverside. If you're starting from the waterfront, simply hop on the tram in the direction of Foz do Douro.
