If you are driving, start from Sintra town center. Head southeast on R. do Paço towards R. da Ferraria. Continue on R. da Ferraria, which becomes R. do Areeiro. Merge onto the N247 road towards Cascais. Follow the N247 for approximately 10 km until you reach Estoril. Once in Estoril, follow the signs for Av. Marginal. The Forte de Santo António da Barra will be on your right at Av. Marginal 73. There is parking available nearby.

To reach Forte de Santo António da Barra via public transport, start from Sintra train station. Take the train towards Cascais and get off at Estoril station. Once you exit the station, walk south on Av. de Saboia towards Av. Marginal. Turn left onto Av. Marginal and continue walking for about 15 minutes. The Forte de Santo António da Barra will be on your left at Av. Marginal 73.
