Bus
From the center of Sintra, head to the Sintra Bus Station located just behind the train station. Look for bus number 403, which heads towards Costa da Caparica. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Costa da Caparica bus terminal, you will need to walk about 10 minutes towards Av. Gen. Humberto Delgado. Follow the signs towards the beach, and you will reach Praia do Tarquínio-Paraíso.

Train + Bus
Start at Sintra Train Station and take a train to Lisbon (Cascais line). Get off at Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon. From there, exit the station and find the bus stop for line 153 or 162, which goes directly to Costa da Caparica. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Av. Gen. Humberto Delgado stop. From there, you will see the beach ahead; just walk a short distance to Praia do Tarquínio-Paraíso.

Walking + Tram
If you prefer to walk and enjoy the scenery, you can take a scenic route. Start from Sintra's historic center and walk towards the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. Follow the signs that guide you towards Almada. After about a 1.5-hour walk, you can catch Tram 15 at the Almada stop, which takes you directly to the beach area. Get off at the Av. Gen. Humberto Delgado stop, and you will find Praia do Tarquínio-Paraíso nearby.
