The Painel de Azulejos is located directly in front of the Municipal Chamber of Viseu (Câmara Municipal) on this square. It should take about 10 minutes to walk from the cathedral.

From the Viseu railway station (Estação de Comboios de Viseu), exit the station and follow the main road (Avenida da Europa) heading northwest. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida da República. Turn left onto Avenida da República and walk straight until you arrive at Praça da República. The Painel de Azulejos will be in front of the Municipal Chamber, approximately a 20-minute walk.
