From Viseu Bus Station, take bus number 3 or 4 towards the city center. Get off at the stop called 'Câmara Municipal'. Walk south on Rua Direita until you reach the intersection with Rua Formosa. Turn left onto Rua Formosa and continue for about 200 meters. The Loja de Turismo de Viseu will be on your left at number 17.
