If you are in the center of Viseu, start at the Praça da República, the main square. From the square, head southeast towards Rua Direita. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rua da Misericórdia. Turn left onto Rua da Misericórdia and continue walking until you reach the end of the street. At this point, turn right onto Rua Árvore. The City History Museum is located at R. Árvore 1 7, which will be on your left side. Look for the museum's entrance, which will be clearly marked.

If you are near the Viseu bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Viseu), take the local bus line that heads towards the city center. Get off at the stop closest to the Praça da República. From there, proceed to walk to Rua Direita and follow the directions mentioned above, turning left onto Rua da Misericórdia and then right onto Rua Árvore to reach the City History Museum at R. Árvore 1 7.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the center of Viseu, preferably near the Praça da República. Cycle towards Rua Direita and continue straight.
