From the center of Al Shamal, head south on Al Shamal Street towards the Al Khor area. Continue straight until you reach the Qatari highway (Qatar-UAE Road). Turn left onto Purple Island Road and continue walking for another 15-20 minutes. You will see signs directing you towards the Watch Tower, located on Purple Island, just past the mangroves.
