Getting There

  • Car

    From Sealine Beach Resort, head north on the Salwa Road (Qatar Route 5). Continue for approximately 30 kilometers, then take the exit toward Doha. Merge onto the Doha Expressway (Qatar Route 5) and continue for about 15 kilometers. Take the exit for Al Isteqlal Street and follow the signs toward Katara. After approximately 2 kilometers, you'll reach Katara Beach. Note that parking may be available nearby, but it could incur a fee.

  • Taxi

    If you prefer not to drive, you can book a taxi from Sealine Beach Resort to Katara Beach. Make sure to tell the driver to take you to 'Katara Beach' in Doha, which is located about 45 kilometers away. The fare could range from 100 to 150 Qatari Riyals, depending on traffic and time of day.

  • Public Bus

    To use public transportation, walk to the nearest bus stop at Sealine Beach Resort and take Bus 777, which heads towards Doha. After about 45 minutes, get off at the Al Gharafa Station. From there, transfer to Bus 12, which will take you to Katara Beach. The total journey may take about 1.5 to 2 hours. A single bus ticket costs around 5 Qatari Riyals.
