    To reach the Providence Children's Museum from East Greenwich, begin by locating the nearest bus stop on Main Street or Post Road. You can catch the RIPTA bus number 14 or 63 towards Providence. Stay on the bus for approximately 25-30 minutes. Disembark at the stop near the intersection of South Street and Wickenden Street. From there, walk south on South Street for about 5 minutes until you reach the museum at 100 South St, Providence, RI 02903.

  • Train

    Head to the East Greenwich train station, which is located on Main Street. Board the MBTA train towards Boston and get off at the Providence station. The ride takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Providence station, exit and walk towards the Kennedy Plaza bus terminal. From Kennedy Plaza, you can take a RIPTA bus (number 1, 3, or 8) towards Wickenden Street. Get off at the stop near South Street and walk 5 minutes south on South Street to reach the Providence Children's Museum at 100 South St.

  • Walking

    If you prefer to walk, head towards the East Greenwich Town Hall located at 125 Main St. From there, walk west on Main Street until you reach South County Trail (Route 2). Turn left and follow South County Trail north until you reach the intersection with Jefferson Blvd. Cross the street and continue walking north until you reach the bus stop. From there, you can catch the bus (as previously described) to the museum.

Start riding north on the East Greenwich Bike Path which connects to the bike lanes on South County Trail. Follow the bike lane until you reach the intersection near Wickenden Street.
