Walking
If you are in the downtown area of East Greenwich, start by heading east on Main Street towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with King Street. Turn left onto King Street and walk until you reach the end of the street. Here, you will find the East Greenwich train station. From there, you can catch the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus number 60 towards Newport. The bus will take you directly to Newport. Once you arrive in Newport, get off at the stop at Broadway & Touro Street. Walk north on Touro Street for about 5 minutes, and you will find the JPT Film & Event Center at 49 Touro St on your right.

From East Greenwich, head to the nearest RIPTA bus stop. Board the RIPTA bus number 60 heading towards Newport. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Newport, disembark at the stop located at Broadway & Touro Street. From there, walk north along Touro Street for about 5 minutes, and the JPT Film & Event Center at 49 Touro St will be on your right.

For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike in East Greenwich. Start from the East Greenwich waterfront and take the scenic route along the waterfront path. Follow the path until you reach the intersection with Route 1A. Carefully cross the road and continue along the designated bike lanes towards Newport. The ride is approximately 8 miles and will take about 40-50 minutes. Upon reaching Newport, head to Touro Street, and the JPT Film & Event Center will be located at 49 Touro St.
