If you are in Narragansett, start by heading north on Ocean Road towards the intersection with Narragansett Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the Narragansett Town Beach, then follow the signs leading to 1A North. This will take you towards the North Main Street. Walk along North Main Street until you reach the junction with Route 138. From there, you can take either a local bus or a bike rental heading towards Newport, which is approximately 15 miles away.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Narragansett, head to the nearest bus stop along Route 1. You will want to catch the RIPTA Route 14 bus heading towards Newport. The bus ride will take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Request the driver to stop at the Newport Bus Terminal, which is also known as the Hamilton Family Aquarium. The terminal is located at 23 America's Cup Ave, Newport, RI 02840.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike in Narragansett. Start at the Narragansett Town Beach and follow the scenic route along the coast on Ocean Road. Continue on Ocean Road until you reach the junction with Route 138. Follow Route 138 north until you reach Newport. The bike ride is about 15 miles and offers beautiful views of the coastline.
