From Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge, head west on Sachuest Point Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 138. Turn right onto Route 138. Follow Route 138 for about 5 miles, which will lead you into Newport. Once in Newport, follow signs for Memorial Boulevard (Route 138A). Keep going until you reach 117 Memorial Blvd, where you will find the entrance to Cliff Walk. Parking is available along the boulevard, but be aware that there may be parking fees during peak seasons.

If you are using public transportation, you can take the RIPTA Bus #60 from the nearest bus stop to Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge. The bus will take you to Newport. Once you arrive in Newport, you can either walk or take another local bus that stops near Cliff Walk. For the walking route, head south on Broadway from the bus station, then turn left onto Memorial Boulevard. Continue walking until you reach 117 Memorial Blvd, the entrance to Cliff Walk. Be sure to check the current bus schedules as they vary by day and time.

For those who prefer biking, you can cycle from Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge to Cliff Walk. Start on Sachuest Point Road, then head west towards Route 138. Use the designated bike lanes where available. The route is approximately 5 miles and offers scenic views. Upon reaching Newport, follow the bike paths that lead to Memorial Boulevard. Make sure to lock your bike securely at the bike racks available near the entrance of Cliff Walk.
