There is free parking available near the site.

Generally, you will want to take Bus 66, which travels towards Warwick. Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous and want to cycle, you can take the scenic route. Start on the South County Bike Path if you are near it. Follow the path towards the west until you reach Post Rd. From there, you can continue to Rocky Point Ave. The ride is approximately 6 miles from the bike path's southern endpoint to The Arch.
