Head southwest on Trustom Pond Rd toward S. Shore Rd. Continue straight to stay on Trustom Pond Rd. Turn left onto S. Shore Rd and continue for about 1.3 miles. Then turn right onto RI-138 W and drive for approximately 2 miles. Merge onto US-1 N and continue for 4 miles. Take the exit toward RI-138 W/Middletown. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for RI-138 W and merge onto RI-138 W. Drive for another 2 miles, then take the exit toward 3rd Beach Rd. Turn right onto 3rd Beach Rd, and after about 0.5 miles, you will find the Norman Bird Sanctuary on your right at 583 3rd Beach Rd, Middletown, RI 02842.
