    From Yawgoo Valley Ski Area, head south on Yawgoo Valley Rd toward RI-138 E. Turn left onto RI-138 E and continue for about 6 miles. Merge onto RI-1 S toward Narragansett. Take the exit toward Jamestown. Continue on this road until you reach Fort Wetherill Rd. Turn left onto Fort Wetherill Rd, and the park will be on your right.

    From Yawgoo Valley Ski Area, walk to the nearest bus stop at the intersection of RI-138 and Yawgoo Valley Rd. Take the RIPTA Route 14 bus toward Newport. Get off at the stop at Jamestown, which is near the intersection with Fort Wetherill Rd. From there, it's a short walk down Fort Wetherill Rd to the entrance of Fort Wetherill State Park.
