From Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge, head northwest on Trustom Pond Rd towards S. Fisherman Dr. Continue straight to stay on Trustom Pond Rd for about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto RI-1 North and continue for about 6 miles. Take the exit towards Jamestown/RI-138 East. Merge onto RI-138 East and then take the exit toward Jamestown. Continue on Conanicus Ave for about 1 mile. The Conanicut Island Sanctuary will be on your left at 251 Conanicus Ave, Jamestown, RI 02835.

From Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to the nearest bus station, which is in Wakefield. Once there, take the RIPTA Route 66 bus towards Jamestown. The bus will take you directly to Jamestown, where you will need to get off at the Conanicus Ave stop.
