Getting There

  To reach Roger Williams National Memorial from Yawgoo Valley Ski Area & Water Park by car, start by heading north on Yawgoo Valley Rd toward Route 138. Turn right onto Route 138 and continue for about 4 miles. Merge onto I-95 North toward Providence. After approximately 10 miles, take exit 22B for I-195 East toward Cape Cod. Continue on I-195 East for about 1.5 miles, then take exit 2A for US-44 West toward Downtown Providence. Follow the signs for US-44 West/US-1 South and merge onto North Main St. The memorial will be on your left at 282 N Main St, Providence, RI 02903. Parking is available nearby, but there may be a fee depending on the location.

  To reach Roger Williams National Memorial from Yawgoo Valley Ski Area & Water Park via public transportation, first, take a taxi or ride-sharing service to the nearest bus stop on Route 138. From there, take the R.I. Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) Route 14 bus toward Providence. After about a 30-minute ride, disembark at the stop near Kennedy Plaza. From Kennedy Plaza, transfer to the Route 1 bus heading toward the North Main St area. Get off at the stop closest to 282 N Main St. The memorial is a short walk from the bus stop.
