Car
From the center of Alba Iulia, head northwest on Calea Motilor towards Strada Horea. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with DN1. Turn right onto DN1 and continue for approximately 20 km. Look for signs directing you to Roșia Montană. As you approach Roșia Montană, follow the signs to Strada Principală. The Museum of Mining and the Roman Galleries is located at Strada Principală 179, Str. Minei nr.1. There is parking available near the museum.

From Alba Iulia, take a local bus from the main bus station (Autogara Alba Iulia) that heads towards Roșia Montană. Buses are available several times a day. The journey takes about 30 to 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Roșia Montană, disembark at the main stop. From there, walk approximately 10 minutes along Strada Principală until you reach the Museum of Mining and the Roman Galleries located at Strada Principală 179, Str. Minei nr.1.
