Car
From Gishwati-Mukura National Park, head south towards the nearest town, Kibuye, which is approximately a 1.5-hour drive (around 60 km). Take the main road leading out of the park and follow the signs toward Kibuye. Once you reach Kibuye, look for signs directing you to the waterfront area. Kivu Dusk Safaris is located at W8QW+MWJ, Kibuye, near the lake.

To reach Kivu Dusk Safaris by public transport, first make your way to the nearest bus station in Gishwati-Mukura National Park. Take a local bus heading towards Kibuye. The journey may take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic and stops. Upon arrival in Kibuye, you can either walk or take a moto-taxi to reach W8QW+MWJ, Kibuye, where Kivu Dusk Safaris is located. Expect to pay a small fee for the bus (around 1,000 RWF) and the moto-taxi (approximately 1,500 RWF).
