Walking
From the center of Ruhengeri, head northwest on Avenue de la Revolution. Continue for approximately 1 km until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left path, which leads you towards Kinigi. After about 2 km, you'll pass by the Musanze Cave entrance on your right. Keep walking straight for another 3 km until you reach the junction near the entrance of Volcanoes National Park. Here, take a right turn. Continue for about 1 km, and you will see signs for Rwanda Gorilla Safari on your left. The coordinates for Rwanda Gorilla Safari are GJ2F+JHC, Musanze Kinigi Northern Province, Rwanda.

Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Ruhengeri. Start by cycling northwest on Avenue de la Revolution for about 1 km until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left path heading toward Kinigi. Continue cycling for about 2 km, passing the Musanze Cave entrance on your right. Keep going straight for another 3 km until you reach the junction near the entrance of Volcanoes National Park. At this junction, turn right and cycle for approximately 1 km. Look for signs directing you to Rwanda Gorilla Safari on your left. The exact coordinates are GJ2F+JHC, Musanze Kinigi Northern Province, Rwanda.

Public Transport (Motorcycle Taxi)
In Ruhengeri, find a motorcycle taxi (commonly known as 'moto'). Inform the driver that you want to go to Rwanda Gorilla Safari in Kinigi. The ride will take you directly along Avenue de la Revolution for about 1 km before the driver turns left towards Kinigi. After about 5 km, you will approach the junction near the entrance of Volcanoes National Park. The driver will take the right turn and continue for another 1 km until you arrive at the destination. Ensure to provide the driver with the coordinates, GJ2F+JHC, Musanze Kinigi Northern Province, Rwanda, if needed.
